Arborio rice, pecorino, mushrooms, onion, mozzarella, garlic, salt, parsley, flour, egg and breadcrumbs
Cooking Instructions (via oven):
1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
2. Line a tray with baking paper
3. Place arancini balls on tray with a drizzle of oil
4. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
They can also be shallow fried in a pan until golden brown.
